THE PROCESS
1 — DISCOVERY
This is where we get-to-know-each-other to see if we’re the right fit to work together. You’ll tell me about your brand story, your vision and your target market to ensure I understand the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ of the photoshoot.
2 — LET’S COMMIT
We both sign a contract that outlines the project, the cost, the timeframe and the image licensing agreement. An invoice is issued and you are asked for a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
3 — PRE-PRODUCTION
This is the creative planning part of the shoot. Based on your creative brief, I design a mood board (unless you already have one)and create a shoot plan which includes the image types (e.g. styled, e-commerce, stop motion) and the shoot angles (e.g. flatlay, straight on shots). . .
Once approved, I gather all the essentials - including props and backdrops, for the photoshoot.
4 — PHOTO SHOOT
This is where the magic happens. I usually shoot in my studio in Pyrmont, Sydney but can also travel to your location.
5 — POST-PRODUCTION
Here is where the images are culled and given a basic edit and shared with you for your final selection.
After selecting your favourites, I dive right in and edit them for you using both Lightroom and Photoshop. Final images are shared with you a couple weeks from shoot date, via Pixieset.
